2017 yılının İK trendleri: Sınıf eğitimlerinin sonu geldi. Artık daha fazla liderlik yolculuğu yok. Daha az çoklu görev (multitasking) var. 9-6 arası çalışmaya dönüldü. Bir gariplik var gibi. İki üç yıl öncesine kadar trend, bunların zıttıydı. Şimdi baktığımızda, yine aynı noktaya geri döndük. Teknoloji tabanlı gelişmeler dışında, İK’da bir kısır döngü mü yaşıyoruz yoksa?
HR trends of 2017: The classroom trainings came to an end. There is no more leadership journeys. There are less multitasking. We are back to 9-6 working hours. It seems that there is something weird. Until 2-3 years ago, the trend was the opposite. When we look at the situation now, we came back to the same point. Except the technology based improvements, are we having a vicious cycle in HR?
Tendencias de RRHH de 2017: Las formaciones de aula llegaron a su fin. No hay más viajes de liderazgo. Hay menos multitarea. Estamos de vuelta a 9-6 horas de trabajo. Parece que hay algo raro. Hasta hace 2-3 años, la tendencia fue la opuesta. Cuando nos fijamos en la situación ahora, regresamos al mismo punto.
