According to research, at 6%, poor feedback is one of the main reasons for underperformance. Feedback is a constructive interview method between the disseminator and receiver of information.

The aim of this program is to raise employees’ awareness about feedback in the work place, and to ensure that they provide effective and targeted feedback to contribute to the development of proper, integrated management skills.
