Our digital rehearsal and
development platform
The most recent product of that approach is Project Atlas, the AI-based platform we built ourselves. On Atlas a manager rehearses hard conversations aloud — negative feedback, poor performance, a raise or promotion, conflict — with realistic AI characters, and after every rehearsal an AI coach gives a personal evaluation.
Being designed for Turkish and for managerial development is what sets it apart from the international examples in its field. Organisations and individual users reach the platform through online subscriptions and usage packs.
