Increased competition and the necessity to work effectively have made businesses question every employee’s contribution to corporate goals. Today, the way the completion of tasks, from the most routine to the most complicated, affect the realization of corporate goals is a hot topic. Therefore, it has become more necessary than ever to have a performance assessment system (PAS) which motivates employees, focuses them on the same target, rewards success and most importantly, does all these things fairly. On top of that, this type of performance assessment system has started to play a vital role not only for large companies, but also for small scale, resource limited organizations.
