After completing his undergraduate degree at Bilkent University in the Department of Business Administration, Hakan Selahi studied Marketing at the Watford School of Advertising in London.
He has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources in both domestic and foreign companies operating in many fields ranging from manufacturing to finance. He started his career at Cıngıllı Holding (formerly Demirbank and now HSBC Bank) and later directed “management trainee” projects as a Human Resources specialist at Bayındır Holding. After that, he served as Human Resources Manager then Human Resources Director at Doğan Yayın Holding, one of the largest media holdings in Turkey. Following that, he served as Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Manager for Istanbul at one of the largest banks of the world, Deutsche Bank. Hakan Selahi also served as the Human Resources Director responsible for blue collar and trade union relations at Kale Industry Holding, and as Human Resources CHRO at Altınbaş Holding.
With training in many fields such as managerial skills, leadership, communication, performance management, talent management and human resources, Selahi is also an experienced NLP practitioner (Practitioner and Master Practitioner). He enhanced his coaching knowledge through ICF approved International Coach Training, and he continued his self-development as an Adler-Certified Coach (ACC).
Selahi offers consulting services and has started to lecture at various educational institutions in Communication, Coaching Skills Management, and in many fields of Human Resources. At the same time, he’s creating a difference for individuals and institutions via his Individual Coaching Program.
He is a member of the International Coaching Association, Private Sector Volunteers Association and TEGEP (Education and Development Platform Association).

Serpil Ata graduated from Marmara University’s Department of Business Administration (English) and completed her master’s degree at the EU Institute’s Department of EU Politics and International Relations at the same university. She spent a year in Spain working with a non-governmental organization under the auspices of the European Voluntary Services during her dissertation stage, working with young people and migrants and lecturing at schools on multiculturalism, anti-discrimination, migration, xenophobia, and human rights. She drafted her dissertation on the topic of “NGO Management in the EU – Migration in Spain”. At the same time, she was pursuing a double major at Murcia University, in the Department of Economic Development and International Cooperation. In 2009, she went to Mexico to complete her master’s degree dissertation on a scholarship granted by the International Cooperation Agency in Spain, and worked on micro companies and social facilities.
A faculty member at Nişantaşı University since 2012, as International Office Director and Preparatory School Administrative Coordinator Ata developed various projects for two years and performed the tasks of recruitment and talent management. She still lectures on business administration, sales-marketing, e-commerce, business ethics and human resources management. With a good command of English and Spanish, Ata has served as an interpreter in both languages, giving her opportunities to work together with many foreign trainers, businessmen and ministry officials.
She completed her Strategic Consultancy training at the Transformation Mansion Success Psychology Institute over the last year and she continues to lecture on topics of NLP-origin: Mastering Communication, Who’s Who and the Art of Understanding People. She can also provide this training in English and Spanish. She is continuing her career as an educator at Derin Academy, and acts as Program Coordinator as well.
She took an active role in the formation of zumbara.com, a social networking site related to sustainable development, international cooperation, intercultural working and learning, social entrepreneurship, individual transformation and empowerment, where time is used instead of currency.
Born in 1972, Ceyda Selahi graduated from Kadıköy Anatolian High School and Istanbul University. In parallel to her educational life, she started her professional career in the field of Tourism and Hotel Management in 1990. She completed her education at Michigan State University’s Department of Business Administration in 1995, focusing on marketing. She continued her work life in the US at a company called “Creative Destination Partners” and served as a special research assistant at the university in the field of marketing.
Returning to Turkey at the end of 1998, Selahi started her marketing career at Marsa Kraft Jacobs Suchard company. For 8 years, she took various positions for different brands, and later she served as the Marketing Manager for dairy products at Sütaş. She continued her marketing career as the Marketing Director for beverages at Ülker. She is the mother of two children.
In 2009, to enhance her consumer insight and experience, she completed her training and internship on Communication and Success Psychology, which is advanced level behavior and thought modeling. She currently serves as a DTO trainer and strategic consultant. She can provide training in Turkish and English.
